摘　　要：目的对体外循环心脏外科手术进行经验性总结。方法对27例心脏病患者均在体外循环下施行手术治疗,其中先天性心脏病12例,左房室瓣病变10例,黏液瘤3例,联合瓣膜病变1例,主动脉窦瘤破裂1例。结果27例患者均康复出院。结论相关人员具备熟练的专业操作水平、做好充分准备、妥善保护心肌,是手术成功的关键。Objective To summarize the cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods 27 cases of heart disease patients were taken to surgery, including congenital heart disease in 12 cases, mitral valve disease in 10 cases, myxoma in 3 cases, combined valcular disease in 1 case, ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus in 1 case. All patients were in an operation under cardiopulmonary bypass. Results AU patients were discharged. Conclusion Good surgical skills and good cooperative staff, and a proper protection of the myocardium, is the key to successful operation.
