摘  要:当前国产卧式加工中心的可靠性与进口产品存在较大差距,这已成为影响国产卧式加工中心口碑和市场的关键因素。通过深入分析某公司生产的14台卧式加工中心在用户现场的故障数据,查清机床整机各故障部位、故障模式及故障原因的概率,找出对整机可靠性影响较大的故障模式和故障原因,并据此提出提高国产卧式加工中心机床可靠性的措施。Nowadays, the reliability of the homemade horizontal machining centers is far low as compared to that of imported ones, and this has become the key factor to impact the homemade horizontal machining center's public praise and market. By analyzing the failure datum of 14 sets of homemade horizontal machining centers from the customer locales, the ratios of the failure parts, failure modes and failure causes of the machines were found. The main failure modes and failure causes which impacted the reliability of the machines severely were found. Hereby a series of measures to elevate the reliability of the homemade horizontal machining centers were brought forward.
