摘 要:目的探讨联合应用高、低频超声在新生儿颅脑疾病诊断和随访中的价值。方法利用低频及高频超声探头对439例高危新生儿进行颅脑超声检查,对阳性病例或虽超声未有阳性发现但临床表现可疑者行头颅超声随访或CT/MR检查。结果超声诊断新生儿颅脑疾病主要类型有颅内出血、缺氧缺血性脑病、早产儿脑、脑室扩张等。结论联合应用高、低频超声诊断新生儿颅脑疾病,能全面反映颅脑病变情况,有利于动态随访观察颅脑疾病的变化,指导临床治疗。Objective To investigate the joint application of high and low - frequency ultrasonography in the neonatal craniocerebral disease diagnosis and follow- up value. Methods 439 high -risk newborn were examined in the cranium using high and low - frequency probe: Craniocerebral ulrasonographic follow - up or CT/MR was conducted in the positive cases or neg- ative cases with suspicious clinical manifestation. Results The main types of craniocerebral diseases diagnosed by ultrasonound were neonatal intracranial hemorrhage, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, immature brain, ventriculus dilation. Conclusion The joint application of high and low - frequency uhrasonography in the neonatal craniocerebral disease diagnosis could reflect the overoll condition of the cranium, so that we can use it to follow - up the craniocerebral disease and conduct clinical therapy.
