摘 要:传统可靠性分析方法侧重于系统静态结构的描述,难以反映系统的动态运行过程。将一种新的可靠性分析方法———GO法引入到数控机床可靠性研究中,阐述了GO法分析的具体步骤,建立了数控机床刀具交换系统的GO图模型,基于GO法状态概率公式对刀具交换系统进行了精确的定量分析和定向分析,给出了系统中共有信号的修正算法,验证了GO法在数控机床可靠性评价分析中的可用性与正确性。最后,通过对几种方法特点的比较,阐明了GO法的特点和优势。The traditional reliability analysis methods are primarily concerned with the description of static structure of system, and it is hard to use them to reflect the systems dynamic operational process. A new reliability analysis method--GO methodology was introduced into reliability research of CNC machine tool. Concrete steps of GO methodology were discussed. A GO diagram model for CNC machine tool ATC (Automatic Tool Change) was founded. Based on the state probability formula of GO methodology, precise qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were implemented for the ATC system. A revised algorithm for shared signals in the system was proposed. The usability and correctness of GO methodology in CNC machine tool reliability analysis were verified. Through comparing with characteristics of different methods, the characteristics and advantages of GO methodology were clarified.
