摘　　要：改革开放之初,我国结合国情适时推出了公路收费制度,对社会经济的发展起到了巨大的推动作用,我国公路道路建设取得了前所未有的成就。然而,近些年来公路收费制度在实行过程中出现了一些不尽人意的问题,客观上对社会经济的发展产生了较大的负面影响。文中从我国公路高收费的现状入手,分析了高昂的公路收费给国计民生带来的危害,并在此基础上提出了解决思路。At the beginning of the reform and opening-up,China introduced highway toll system,which promotes the social economy tremendously.However,in recent years,during the implementation of the system,there have been some unsatisfied issues,which produce great negative effects on the development of social economy.This thesis analyses both the current ＂high charging＂ situation of highway in China and the harm following,and on this basis,puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.
