摘　　要：平衡计分卡作为战略管理工具,对高校航海类特色专业建设具有重要的现实意义及其为特色专业建设提供了一个清晰的结构框架。文中从利益相关者、内部流程、学习发展和财务四个层面构建了航海类特色专业的建设模式,从而为高校航海类特色专业建设提供可借鉴航运人才的培养思路。As a strategic management tools,balanced scorecard has important practical significance of sailing characteristic speciality construction of university and it provide a clear framework for characteristic speciality construction.This paper from stakeholder internal process,learning development and financial four levels to construct pattern of sailing characteristic speciality,and thus,provide reference of shipping talents＇ cultivation for sailing characteristic speciality construction of university.
