硫酸头孢噻利在复方氨基酸注射液中稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的考察注射用硫酸头孢噻利在复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)中的配伍稳定性。方法分别在4,25,37℃下考察配伍液6 h内外观、pH的变化,同时采用反相高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中硫酸头孢噻利的含量变化。结果在4,25,37℃下,配伍液6 h内外观、pH、含量无明显变化。结论硫酸头孢噻利可与复方氨基酸注射液(18AA)配伍,配伍后于4,25,37℃下6 h内均可使用。Objective To study the compatible stability of Cefoselis Sulfate Injection in Compound Amino Acid injection. Methods To study the mixed fluid changes in appearance, pH value within 6 h at 4,25,37℃, and to determine the content of cefoselis sulfate in Compound Amino Acid Injection and in Dextran 40 Glucose injection by RP- HPLC. Results There were no evident changes in appearance, pH value and the content of the mixed fluid within 6 h at 4,25,37 %. Conclusion The Cefoselis Sulfate Injection in Compound Amino Acid Injection can be mixed to use within 6 h under 4,25,37 ℃.
