摘 要:为了研究噪声对抗体形成细胞的影响 ,模拟了生产环境的强度特点 ,将实验动物 (小鼠 )随机分为噪声强度依次是 10 5dB(A)、90dB(A)、75dB(A) 3个实验组和正常对照组。实验组动物每日在隔声室中接受噪声暴露 8h ,每周 6d ,连续 8w。噪声暴露后 ,3个实验组小鼠脾脏重量均较高 ,但仅 90dB(A)组有显著性 ;胸腺重量亦仅 90dB(A)组有显著变化。各噪声暴露组抗体形成细胞分泌抗体的能力均显著降低 (P <0 0 1和P <0 0 5 )。提示To study the effect of noise on antibody producing cell (APC), simulating noise intensity characteristic of the working place, 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups ( n =10 each):control,105,at the dB(A),90 dB(A) and 75 dB(A) groups. The Experimental groups were exposed to noise 8 hours daily for 8 weeks(6 days each week).After noise exposure the weights of main immunological organs showed significant change in 90 dB(A) group. The secreting ability of APC were all decreased evidently ( P <0 01 or P <0 05). It is suggested that the noise exposure could suppress the APC function.
