摘　　要：重点青少年群体是一个特殊的群体,需要受过专业教育和技能训练的社会工作者来对他们进行特殊的教育、帮助和支持。在重点青少年群体的数据摸排和服务监管工作中,从社会互动理论关于行动者与社会环境相互作用、相互建构的依存关系出发,通过构建社会工作在宏观、中观与微观三个层面的介入机制,有助于获得更全面真实的重点青少年群体的数据信息,有效回应重点青少年群体的利益和价值诉求,实现重点青少年预防犯罪和服务管理的创新。The target teenagers belong to a special group, who need social workers with professional education and skills to offer special education, help and support. In the work of data collection and monitoring serv- ices for the target teenagers, from the perspective of the theory of social interaction about mutual effect and construction between actors and social environment, intervention mechanisms of social work at the macro, meso and micro levels will be good for getting more comprehensive and effective data of the target teenagers, responding effectively to their interests and value proposition, and achieving the goal of crime prevention and management of innovation.
