摘　　要：旅游咨询服务中心的发展状况,已经成为衡量旅游城市发展程度的主要标准之一。本文从公共服务供给主体和过程两个视角对北京旅游咨询服务中心的现状进行深入研究,分析北京旅游咨询服务中心现有的问题和发展瓶颈,并根据对公共服务效率本质的分析,提出北京旅游咨询服务有效供给的实现途径,以期为发展北京旅游咨询服务提供指导。Tourism Advisory Service Center development condition has become a one of the main measure of tourist city development level. From the two perspectives of public service supply of the subject and the process, the article makes an analysis of the Bejing Tourism Advisory Service Center, the existing problems and bottlenecks in development, and according to the efficiency of the public service nature, put forward Beijing Tourism Advisory Service effective supply way. Thus, provide guidance to the development of Beijing tourism services.
