摘 要:三态滞环控制电压源逆变器采用电压外环和电流内环双闭环控制技术,具有电路拓扑和控制电路简单、稳态和动态性能良好的特点。对于电压源型逆变器,稳态电压精度是其输出电压的一个重要指标,其大小取决于逆变器的等效输出阻抗的大小。利用三态滞环控制逆变器的闭环传递函数求解出其等效输出阻抗的表达式,分析了逆变器控制电路参数对稳压精度的影响。仿真和实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。Three-state hysteresis-band controlled inverter uses the double close-loop control technology with outer voltage close-loop and inner current close-loop, which has such advantages as simple circuit topology and control circuit, good steady-state and dynamic performance characteristics and so on. For the voltage source inverter, steady-state voltage precision is one of the important parameters, which is determined by the value of inverter's equivalent output impedance. The expression of equivalent output impedance of three-state hysteresis-band controlled inverter was acquired through the closed-loop transferring function, and then the impact of the control circuit parameters on the impedance precision was analyzed. Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretic analysis.
