基于成长小说视域的《赎罪》解读

摘　　要：本论文主要介绍了英国作家伊恩.麦克尤恩的小说《赎罪》(2007),并通过主人公布里奥妮的成长以及其在成长过程中对外界的认知来探讨这部小说的成长主题。根据科恩《自我论》中所揭示的成长小说主人公的心理发展阶段,本文着重分析了女主人公布里奥妮在三个不同年龄段的人生经历以及这些经历对她所造成的影响,分别探讨了布里奥妮在这三个阶段中的自我定位、个性特征的变化以及其自我意识和自我反省,揭示了一个人从无知少女到成熟作家的成长历程。This paper endeavors to study the initiation theme in Atonement（2007） authored by British writer Ian McEwan,mainly by introducing the heroine,Briony＇s growth,and her understanding of the world in her growing-up.Based on M.M.Bahkin＇s initiation theory and Cohen＇s Self Theory,this paper puts more emphasis on Briony＇s experiences and their corresponding influence in the three periods of her life.The paper proceeds to discuss respectively Briony＇s self-identification,psychological infliction and introspection through her change of understanding of truth and fiction in the three periods.
