摘 要:对于不具备保护层开采条件的单一低透气性高瓦斯突出煤层,近年来随着开采强度的不断增大,仅仅依靠工作面采前预抽已不能满足安全生产需要。为此,在研究煤层采动影响条件下,采煤工作面前方煤体应力重新分布的基础上,以焦作煤业公司所属矿井为试验场地,通过考察采场矿山压力分布规律以及不同应力带钻孔瓦斯流量变化规律,对回采工作面卸压带位置和宽度进行了分析和研究,结果表明,其工作面超前卸压带宽度为15~20 m,可为合理布置抽采钻孔,提高瓦斯抽采效率提供依据。With the continuous increase of mining intensity in recent years,only depending on gas pre-drainage from the working face before mining can't already meet the needs of safe production in a single high-gassy seam with low gas permeability and not having the condition for extraction as a protective seam.For this reason,on the basis of researching the mining impact conditions of the seam and the stress re-distribution in coal body in front of the working face and through the investigation on the rock pressure distribution regularity in stope and the varying law of hole gas flow in different stress zone,analysis and study were made on the location and width of the pressure-relieved zone by taking the coal mines of Jiaozuo Coal Mining Company as the test sites.The test results showed that the width of the advance pressure-relieved zone of the working face was 15—20 m,which can provide the basis for the reasonable layout of gas drainage and extraction holes and the improvement of gas drainage and extraction effect.
