摘 要:利用流体计算软件模拟涡轮级间燃烧室(ITB)三维两相燃烧流场。对比分析无引气式ITB与传统ITB性能及流场分布。采用Realizablek-ε模型模拟湍流黏性,离散相模型追踪油珠运动轨迹,非预混平衡化学反应模型模拟燃烧过程。计算结果表明:无引气式ITB除总压损失比传统ITB的稍大外,其它指标均与传统ITB的相当;但由于该方案不需要额外引气,故提升了ITB发动机性能及应用价值。The differences between traditional Inter-Turbine Burner (ITB) and ITB without bleed were analyzed by using CFD software to simulate the 3D combustor on two phase combustion performances and combustion flows. Realizable k- s model was applied to simulate the turbulence viscosity. The fuel droplet trajectories were modeled in Lagrangian frame of reference by using discrete phase model. Non-premixed combustion model was used to model turbulence-chemistry interaction. The calculation results indicated: this ITB has basically reached the performance index of the traditional ITB except for total pressure loss a bit larger. At the same time, this ITB did not need extra bleeding, which promoted the performance and application of ITB engine greatly.
