摘  要:为了更好地满足装饰防护性电镀锌的要求,在氯化钾镀锌液中加入LAN-616哑光添加剂,电镀出了性能优异的哑光镀锌层。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、镀液分散能力测试、弯曲试验、热震试验及中性盐雾试验分析了添加剂对镀锌层形貌、结构、与基体结合力及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:LAN-616添加剂对镀层的微观形貌及各晶面的择优取向度影响较大;镀层美观大方,与基体附着强度高,耐蚀性好,中性盐雾腐蚀96 h未出现白色腐蚀产物;镀液分散能力较好,为40.1%。Matt galvanizing coating with excellent performance was prepared by introducing matt additive LAN-616 into KCl galvanizing bath. The effect of the additive on the morphology, structure, adhesion and corrosion resistance of as-prepared matt galvanizing coating was investigated by means of scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer as well as bath throwing power test, bending test, thermal shock test and salt-spray test. It was found that the galvanizing bath containing the matt additive had a high throwing power of 40.1%. The matt additive had significant effect on the microstructure and crystal plane preferential orientation of the galvanizing coating. As-prepared galvanizing coating had good appearance and high adhesion to substrate as well as good corrosion resistance, and was free of white corroded products after 96 h of neutral salt-spray test.
