亚健康状态人群的中医辨识及影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查重庆市体检人群,并对其中的亚健康状态人群的相关特点进行分析,了解重庆市亚健康状态人群的流行病学特点及相关中医体质特征、心理状态、应对方式等及其相关影响因素。方法采用《个人身心健康调查量表》进行流行病学横断面调查,利用EPI软件建立数据库,以SPSS软件进行数据处理和统计分析。结果亚健康状态以30岁以下人群发生率最高,以大专以上学历人群多见,职业特点以脑力劳动为主,与过度劳累、经济困难、人际关系不协调、婚姻问题等应激事件密切相关。亚健康状态人群中医体质主要以阳虚质和气虚质为主;SCL-90量表各因子阳性结果发生率明显高于健康人群,社会应对方式趋向以消极应对为主,生活质量评价明显低于健康人群水平。结论亚健康状态是心身相关的失衡状态,对于亚健康状态人群的干预,需要综合考虑其心理及社会适应能力,尽量避免应激事件的发生,并注重对中医阳虚质和气虚质人群的重点干预。Objective： To investigate epidemiology characters,relative TCM constitution characters,mentation,coping methods and other relative factors.Methods：Individual physical and moral health investigation scale was used to complete epidemiology cross section investigation.EPI software was used to establish database.SPSS was used to analyze data and do statistical analysis.Results： Sub-health status was common in these people below 35 years old and above junior college educational background.Their career characters were headwork mainly,closely related with some stress events：Overwork,Financial difficulties,Interpersonal disharmony,Marriage issue etc.Sub-health people were maily asthenia constitution especially yin asthenia and yang asthenia;Each factor average in SCL-90 scale was higher than that in healthy people.Society coping methods tended to depression and their life quality scores were lower than those in healthy people obviously.Conclusion： sub-health status is physical and moral imbalance status.We need comprehensively intervention to people of yin asthenia and yang asthenia.
