Defense Concept and the Main Defense Links in Modern Basketball

摘　　要：在对篮球攻、守规律及发展趋势研究的基础上,运用文献资料、调研、录像分析、数理统计和理论分析等研究方法,提出了现代篮球防守是以防"球"为中心的防守理念。防"球"为中心的理念体现在以下几个方面:(1)在特定时间段内,只有控球队员才能得分。(2)任何防守战术的实施都是以防"球"为中心,在局部区域形成"以多防少"的局面。(3)围抢并切断控球队员与其他队员的联系。(4)在内线形成对控球队员的多层次协防和补防的局面。同时提出现代篮球防守中个人防守的几个重要防守环节:对持球队员的防守;对运球或突破队员的防守;对传,接球(无球队员)的防守;对投篮队员的防守。Depending on literature,video analysis,mathematical statistics,theoretical analysis and other methods,the paper,based on the researches on offensive and defensive regularities and the development trend of basketball,comes up with the concept of ＂defending the ball＂ in basketball defense.The new concept of the ＂ball＂ is embodied in the following aspects：（1） In the specific period of time,only the players in possession of the ball can score.（2） The implementation of any defense tactics is focused on the ＂ball＂ to create the many-defending –few state.（3） Hunt in groups and cut off the contact of the player with the ball with other members of the team.（4） Create the situation of multi-level team defence and falling-in inside against the player with the ball.The paper also points out certain important defense links and countermeasures of individual defense in modern basketball：（1） the defense of the player with the ball,（2）the dense of the dribbler or breakthrough player,（3） the defense of the passer,receiver and the player without the ball,（4） the defense of the shooter.The research can not only help to enrich the defense theory of Chinese basketball defense system,but also provide some theoretical basis for the future development of China＇s competitive basketball
