摘  要:提出一种用修磨轮双自由度精化圆柱蜗杆的新方法,运用空间啮合原理对该方法进行了理论分析,推导出若干啮合分析方程式,从理论上验证并得出了用渐开线齿轮形修磨轮可精化出渐开线圆柱蜗杆的结论.通过对修磨轮齿形的特殊设计与制造,还可精化其它齿形的圆柱蜗杆,且效率高、成本低.A new method is proposed,in which a cylindrical worm is ground by a dressing gear under the condition of two degrees of freedom movement.By means of the gear meshing theory,the theoretical study on the method is carried out.Some formulas for meshing analyses are derived.A conclusion is proved theoretically that an involute helicoid worm can be ground by an involute dressing gear.Through the special tooth profile of the dressing gears being designed and made,the cylindrical worms with other tooth profile could be ground in this way.The method has a higher machining efficiency and lower production cost.
