摘  要:自蔓延高温合成技术是利用原料在初始点燃条件下化学反应所产生的高温高热,使燃烧反应自发地进行,从而得到新的成分和结构的产物。通过对自蔓延高温合成实验压力和燃烧速率测试方法的研究,根据实验的要求,选择合适的压力传感器,并自行设计有效的燃烧速率测试系统,合理选择监测点,编制满足测试需求的数据采集及控制程序,获取大量有效实验数据,为测定自蔓延燃烧过程中的压力和速率变化曲线,进行反应热力学、动力学分析,对反应安全进行评估,提供有力的数据支持,并对相关研究具有重要的借鉴意义。Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis is using the high temperature and thermal produced by the stuff chymic reacting under the initialization combustion condition ,which makes the combustion go along voluntarily to get the product in possession of new compositions and configurations. Based on the research on the pressure and burning-velocity of the self- propagating high-temperature experiment, according to the test requirement, selecting pressure sensors and designing effective burning-velocity testing system, choosing reasonable surveillance spot ,writing the data collection and control program settled for the experiment requirement and acquire a mass of effective data ,which provides forceful data support for the determining curve of the pressure and velocity in the serf-propagating high-temperature process, carrying through the dynamics and energetics analysis and evaluating the safety capability of the reaction. The paper can be used for reference by correlative researches.
