中国女性创业的行为特征与影响因素实证分析

摘　　要：女性创业越来越受到政府和学术界的关注。女性创业具有巨大的发展潜力与增长空间,与男性创业相比,女性创业有自身的特点。文章在理论分析的基础上,运用中央电视台《致富经》栏目和清华大学中国创业研究中心共同完成的中国百姓创业致富调查所得数据,对中国女性群体在创业活动中的行为特征、影响因素以及相互关系作了实证分析,并提出了有效促进女性创业的对策建议。Female entrepreneurship is increasingly concerned by the government and academia. It has huge potential for development and growth. Compared to male entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship has its own characteristics. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this article uses the data from the ＂Survey of Chinese Entrepreneurial Wealth＂ co-conducted by CCTV ＂Become Rich Classics＂ column and National Entrepreneurship Research Center of Tsinghua University to analyze empirically the behavioral characteristics, important factors affecting female entrepreneurship and their correlations of Chinese female group in the entrepreneurial activities. Finally, the paper puts forward effective countermeasures for promoting female entrepreneurship.
