MEBO与生肌玉红膏治疗压迫性溃疡的临床对照观察

摘　　要：目的对比观察外用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与生肌玉红膏治疗压迫性溃疡的临床效果。方法将56例压迫性溃疡患者的84处创面随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用MEBO治疗,对照组采用生肌玉红膏治疗,分别统计两组创面愈合情况,并进行比较。结果治疗组的创面改善情况、肉芽生长情况和愈合时间均优于对照组。结论 MBEO可以有效地清除坏死组织、促进肉芽组织生长,加速压迫性溃疡创面愈合,临床疗效显著。Objective To comparatively ohserve the clinical effect of the external use of MEBO Ointment and Shengji Yuhong Ointment in treating pressure uh＇ers. Methods 54 patients with 84 pressure ulcers were divided into a treatment group and a control group by a random number table. MEBO Ointment was used in the treahnent group while Shengji Yuhong Ointment was used in the control group. Wound healing outcomes in two groups were collected for comparison anti summarization. Results After the comparison, the data in terms of wound surface improvement, granulation growth and healing time collected in the treatment group was obviously superior to that in control group. Conclusion MEBO Ointment is effective in removing necrotic tissues, promoting the growth of granulation tissue and skin, and accelerating Ihe healing of pressure ulcers.
