湿润烧伤膏治疗创伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对创伤性鼓膜穿孔愈合的影响。方法将2008年1月至2011年3月间收治的136例(136耳)创伤性鼓膜穿孔中的68例(68耳)采用MEBO油纱贴补穿孔治疗,平均3 d～7 d更换1次贴补油纱,并行电子耳内镜拍照,对穿孔愈合过程进行形态学观察。结果随访3个月,采用ME-BO油纱贴敷治疗的68耳小、中、大穿孔治愈率分别为100%、100%、83.33%;愈合时间分别为:(9.0±1.8)d、(12.0±2.2)d、(20.0±3.6)d,其中大穿孔1例未愈,1例失访。结论 MEBO能有效地促进鼓膜上皮层、纤维层增殖,加快鼓膜穿孔愈合,并有较好的抗感染作用。Objective To investigate tile healing effect of MEBO （）inlnlen/ in the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation. Methods 68 cases with traumatic tympanic membrane perforation chosen from 136 cases who were admitted from January 2008 to March 2011 were given the gauze soaking with MEBO Ointment as a cover. The gauzes were changed once every 3 to 7 days on average. And then endoloseopy was performed to observe the mnrphologic changes in the healing process. Results The three-month follow-up showed that the curative rates of the small-, medium- and large perforation were 100% , 100% and 83.33% respectively while the healing times Ibr each sub-group were （9.0 ±1.8 ） days. （ 12.0 ±2.2） days, （20. 0 ±3.6） days respectively. In the sub-group of large perforation, there was one non-healed ease and one case that dropped out of the follow-up. Conclusion MEBO Ointment can effectively promote the reeonstruetion of the epithelial layer and fihrous layer of tympanic memhrane and speed up the healing rale of tympanic membrane perforation. Meanwhile, an anti-inflammatory effect of ME80 Ointment was observed.
