摘  要:芹山水电站混凝土面板堆石坝最大坝高122m,坝址处河谷狭窄,地质条件良好。大坝总填筑方量约248万m3,旁侧式溢洪道,开挖石方近60万m3,大部分可用于上坝;坝体填筑分区:垫层区、过渡区、主堆石区及次堆石区;面板混凝土设计采用28d龄期,其强度等级为C25,抗渗等级S12,抗冻等级D100,单层钢筋布置在面板的中间;趾板:河床段趾板,基岩面为水平,岸坡段趾板为C型布置;三道止水,将中部止水带提到表面,采用波浪形橡胶止水带;面板共设28条垂直缝,底部设一道铜片止水,缝顶填充塑料,缝面涂刷乳化沥青。The concrete facing rockfill dam of QHS has the maximum dam height of 122 m. The dam site is located in a narrow valley, with a favorable geological conditions. The total filling volume of the dam is about 2.48 million m 3. Its side spillway has about 600 thousand m 3 of excavated rock volume that can be used as the filling material of the dam. The filling zones of dam body can be divided into four zones, that is, cushion zone, transition zone, main rockfill zone and secondary rockfill zone. The concrete for face slab is designed to have an age of 28 days, the strength grade of C25, the frost resistant grade of D100, and the impermeability grade of S12. The single layer steel bar is arranged in the middle part of face slab and in the plinth. For the plinth in the channel section, the surface of base rock is horizontal. But for the plinth in the bank section, it is a C type layout. There are three layers of sealing belt and 28 vertical joints in the whole face slab. A layer of copper seal is set in the bottom of the joint. The plastic filled in the top part of the joint. The joint surface is brushed with asphalt emulsion.
