北京地区女性生殖道感染就诊状况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解北京地区女性生殖道感染患者就诊特点,为规范北京地区女性生殖道感染诊疗提供依据。[方法]对2005～2009年北京18个区县妇幼保健院8种女性生殖道感染性疾病的就诊情况进行监测汇总、分析。[结果]8种疾病总就诊率呈上升趋势,年平均增长率最高为梅毒,其次盆腔炎、尖锐湿疣、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病、细菌性阴道病、淋病、滴虫性阴道炎、衣原体感染。8种疾病构成比依次顺位为外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病、细菌性阴道病、盆腔炎、滴虫阴道炎、衣原体感染、尖锐湿疣、梅毒、淋病。不同区域比较中近郊以盆腔炎就诊年平均增长率最高;其次是城区的尖锐湿疣就诊年平均增长率。在不同门诊比较中产科、婚检门诊以梅毒就诊年平均增长率高;其次是计划生育门诊的尖锐湿疣就诊年平均增长率。[结论]在不同区域、门诊,北京地区女性生殖道感染就诊状况存在差异,与医疗机构诊疗水平和临床医生是否按照"北京市女性生殖道诊疗技术规范"进行操作有关。规范、有效的预防、诊断和治疗是控制和降低生殖道感染率的关键。对此应加强不同地区、门诊的女性生殖道感染的诊疗技术规范措施实施。提高女性对生殖道感染性疾病的认知水平,使女性生殖道感染性疾病的早期治愈率提高,降低复诊率。[Objective]To understand the doctor visiting characteristics of female genital tract infection in Beijing,so as to provide scientific basis for standardizing the treatment for female genital tract infection.[Methods]We reviewed the emale reproductive tract infection of 18 Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitals in Beijing 2005 to 2009,and summaried and analyzed the data.[Results]The total attendance rate of eight diseases was the highest,and followed by the pelvic inflammatory disease as syphilis,condyloma acuminate and vulvovaginal candidacies,bacterial vainness,gonorrhea,trichomonas vaginitis,chlamydia infection.The order of eight overall diseases were vulvovaginal candidiasis,bacterial vaginosis,pelvic inflammatory disease,trichomonas vaginitis,chlamydia,condyloma acuminata,syphilis,gonorrhea.Suburbs had highest annual average rate of pelvic inflammatory disease treatment among all investigated regions,followed by the urban average rate of condyloma acuminatum.The average growth rates of syphilis treatment in different departments showed the highest;Followed by family planning clinics with an average growth rate of condyloma acuminata treatment.[Conclusion]In different areas,the difference in the diagnosis and treatment of female genital tract infection in medical institutions and clinicians,and the main reason is whether to diagnose and treatment the disease in accordance with the＂female reproductive tract in Beijing clinic technical specifications＂ for reproductive tract infection.We should strengthen the standardization of treatment method for reproductive tract infections in different regions and clinics.It is also necessary to improve the awareness of reproductive tract infection among weomen,so as to improve the efficacy of early treatment and decrease the referral rate.
