上海松江高校肺结核病发现与治疗管理模式研究

摘　　要：[目的]探索适合不同类型高校的结核病例早期发现和治疗管理模式,制定切实可行的预防控制方案,以提高大学学生肺结核病人的发现率和治愈率,并最终降低高校结核病疫情。[方法]采用定量研究与定性研究、现况调查与干预研究相结合的方法,获得高校结核病流行现状,在松江大学城7所大学实施病例早期发现和治疗管理措施。[结果]7所院校通过因症就诊、健康体检等方式发现病人23例,结核病患者规则治疗率100%,规则查痰率100%,新涂阳患者治愈率100%,系统管理率100%,大学生结核病防治核心知识知晓率显著提高。[结论]松江区建立的高校结核病病例发现与治疗管理模式取得很好的效果,对于早期发现结核病人、减少校内传播发挥了重要作用,值得在全市乃至全国推广。[Objective]To explore the different types of colleges and universities for early detection,management of treatment of TB cases,and shape a practical prevention and control programs,so as to improve students for tuberculosis detection and cure rates,and ultimately reduce the college tuberculosis.[Methods]By the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,field survey and intervention study,we aimed to understand epidemic situation of tuberculosis in university,and early detection and management was conducted in 7 universities.[Results]By attending clinics for symptoms and physical examinationin Seven universities,we found 23 cases of patients of TB,and the treatment rate was 100% rules,the rate of regular inspection of Sputum was 100%,cure rate of new smear-positive patients was 100%,and system management was 100%.Knowledge about prevention and treatment of tuberculosis among students were significantly improved.[Conclusion]It achieves good results that the establishment of TB case detection and management of treatment on the University of Songjiang District,which play an important role in early detection of TB and reduce transmission.It is worthy of wide spread in the whole country.
