奥德金鞘内给药治疗脊髓损伤的试验研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察奥德金鞘内持续给药治疗神经损伤的效果。[方法]实验组每日鞘内注射奥德金100mg,对照组每日静脉给相同剂量的药物,损伤组不给药。3组进行功能恢复与镜下形态恢复情况比较分析。[结果]实验组神经功能恢复明显好于对照组(P﹤0.01),镜下形态恢复实验组也明显好于对照组。[结论]鞘内应用奥德金治疗神经系统损伤改善神经功能恢复及形态学恢复都好于静脉给药。[Objective]To observe the effect of continuous intrathecal infusion of adegold on nerve injury.[Methods]The experimental group was given 100mg adegold by intrathecal infusion each day,while the control group was given the same dosage by intravenous injection.Another group of nerve injury received no drugs.Functional restoration and microscopical morphological change were observed and analyzed in the 3 groups.[Results]The functional recovery and the restoration of microscopical changes in experimental group were evidently better than that in control group（P﹤0.01）.[Conclusion]The effect of continuous intrathecal infusion of adegold on nervous system injury is better than that of intravenous injection.
