聚乙二醇干扰素联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗耐核苷类药物的乙型肝炎肝硬化临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨聚乙二醇干扰素联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗耐核苷类药物的乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。[方法]将83例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为A、B两组,A组PEG-IFNα-2a联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗,B组单独使用PEG-IF-Nα-2a,对治疗前后血清透明质酸(HA)、房粘连蛋白(LN)和Ⅲ型前胶原(PcⅢ)等肝纤维化指标、血清HBsAg、HBeAg、HBV-DNA等指标的变化进行观察。[结果]治疗后治疗组肝纤维化指标,血HBsAg,HBV-DNA指标均显著下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]PEG-IFNα-2a联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗耐核苷类药物的乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效优于单一使用PEG-IFNα-2a。[Objective]To study the efficacy of PEG-IFNα-2a combined with Fuzheng huayu capsule in the treatment of liver cirrhosis resulting from hepatitis B.[Methods]83 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups（A,B）.42 patients in group A were treated with PEG-IFN α-2a and Fuzheng huayu capsule,41 patients in group B were treated with PEG-IFNα-2a Dynamic changes and liver histopathology,serum levels of HBsAg,HBeAg,HBV-DNA were studied before and after treatment of PEG-IFNα-2a and thymosin α1.[Results]The score of histological hepatitic fibrosis,Serum levels of HBsAg and HBV-DNA in group A showed significantly lower than in group B（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]PEG-IFNα-2a combined with Fuzheng huayu capsule in the treatment of liver cirrhosis resulting from hepatitis B was more effective than PEG-IFNα-2a.
