摘 要:新型的低浓度"胶乳法"工艺制备氯化天然橡胶,相对于传统的"溶液法"具有污染少、工艺简单、投资小、成本低等突出优点,是氯化天然橡胶的发展方向。文章对其氯化反应历程进行研究,采用化学分析方法、origin8.0回归分析方法和MATLAB科学计算平台,对该方法制备氯化天然橡胶的氯化反应动力学进行了研究。研究结果表明:对现行工艺下低浓度胶乳法的氯化反应,可采用经验式预测不同相对反应时间的含氯量。根据氯含量随相对时间的变化规律,可以把反应过程分为两个阶段:高速期和低速期。在CNR氯化反应的第二阶段,反应温度的升高有利于氯含量提高,但温度过高,能量耗费过大,加上要考虑到反应的宏观动力学等因素,CNR氯化的第二阶段反应温度以343.15~353.15K为宜。通过使用Matlab语言求算化求出氯化反应的反应级数,其第一阶段表观反应级数为3.2871,第二阶段表观反应级数平均值为:n=0.6254,表观活化能为6.493 kJ/mol。Due to little pollution,simple process,small investment and low cost,the new "low-concentration latex method" is superior to the traditional "solution technique",which will be a future trend in chlorinated natural rubber manufacture.The reaction kinetics of the lowconcentration latex method was analyzed by using chemistry and software analysis.The result shows that chlorinated content can be predicted by empirical formula under experimental process conditions.According to the investigation result,the chlorinated reaction process can be divided into two stages high-speed period and low-speed period.Moreover,according to the MATLAB language analysis,the apparent reaction order at the first stage was 3.2871 and the corresponding figure at the second stage was 0.6254.and the apparent activation energy at the second stage was 6.493 kJ/mol.More importantly,during the second stage,the increase of reaction temperature may give rise to high chlorinated.However,too high temperature may result in energy waste.By taking the kinetic effects into account,the proper reaction temperature at the second stage should be 343.15~353.15 K.
