摘  要:多工位高速锻造技术是一种新型锻造技术,在很多发达国家已经得到广泛应用,它在提高生产效率的同时也节省了成本。利用Deform-2D软件分别对柴油机气门弹簧座多工位锻造的两种不同方案进行了数值模拟,对模拟得到的应力分布、载荷变化分布、变形量和损伤值分布等信息进行了分析与比较。优化目标要求在多工位高速锻造过程中每个工位模具载荷较小且每工位分布均匀,同时生产出的零件表面质量好,无裂纹。而第2种方案更符合此优化目标。经试验验证,按照第2种方案生产出的零件填充饱满,无裂纹等缺陷,更适用于采用多工位高速锻造的方法进行锻造。Multi-station high speed forging technology is a kind of advanced forging technology.It has been widely used in many developed country.By this technique,the production efficiency can be raised and the production cost can be reduced.Two processes to produce the upper spring seat of diesel engine by high speed forging were simulated by Deform-2D.After that,the distribution of stress,the forging load,the distortion and the distribution of damage were analyzed and compared.The optimization objective requires that not only the load of each step shall be low and uniformly distributed,but also the upper spring seat of diesel engine produced has high surface quality and no crack.And the second method performed better.Experiments show that the upper spring seat of diesel engine produced by the second method is complete and flawless.So the second method is the better one to use multi-station high speed forging technology.
