摘  要:目的:建立分子印迹固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定喘息灵中盐酸克仑特罗含量。方法:采用Hypersil BDS C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.05 moL.L-1NaH2PO4(含0.005 moL.L-1PIC-B6,用磷酸调pH至4.0左右)和甲醇(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为245 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1;柱温为室温。结果:盐酸克仑特罗浓度在0.4~40.0μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),盐酸克仑特罗的平均回收率为97.8%,(RSD为0.9%,n=9)。结论:方法简便,分离效果好,结果准确可靠。Objective:To establish a method for determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride in Chuanxiling with molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction - high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The analysis was carried on a Hypersil BDS C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column;The mobile phase was composed of 0. 05 moL · L-1 NaH2PO4(containing 0. 005 moL. L-1 PIC -B6,adjust the pH to 4. 0 with phosphoric acid) and methanol (60: 40) ;the detection wavelength was 245 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL min-1 ;column temperature was at room temperature. Results: The linear range was 0. 4 - 40. 0 μg mL - 1 ( r = 0. 9998 ) for clenbuterol hydrochloride, the average recovery of clenbuterol hydrochloride was 97.8% (RSD = 0.9%, n = 9 ). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
