摘  要:目的:建立同时测定山核桃外蒲壳中球松素和大黄酚含量的分析方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Shim-pack C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(79∶21)为流动相,流速0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长286 nm,柱温25℃。结果:山核桃外蒲壳中球松素和大黄酚的线性范围分别为4.12~25.7μg·mL-1和1.01~13.4μg·mL-1,平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为98.8%和98.0%。结论:该方法准确可靠、结果稳定、重复性好,为评价山核桃外蒲壳的质量提供依据。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of pinostrobin and chrysophanol in the hull of Carya cathayensis. Methods:The analysis was carried out on a Shim -pack C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column eluted with a mobile phase of methanol -water containing 0. 1% phosphoric acid (79:21 ) ;The flow rate was 0. 8 mL ~ min-1 and column temperature was 25 ℃ ;The detection wavelength was set at 286 nm. Results:The calibration curves of pinostrobin and chrysophanol were linear in the ranges of 4. 12 -25.7 μg ·mL-1 and 1.01 - 13.4 μg ·mL-1, and the average recoveries (n = 6 ) were 97.8 % and 98.0%, respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, which can be used as a method of quantitative determination of pinostrobin and chrysophanol in the hull of Carya cathayensis.
