鼻内镜下微波治疗变应性鼻炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下微波治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将2008年1月至2009年1月变应性鼻炎患者55例随机分为观察组23例(微波治疗)和对照组32例(常规治疗),对两组的治疗效果进行分析。结果观察组总有效率为95.65%,对照组总有效率为78.13%,两组的总有效率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜下微波治疗变应性鼻炎能够取得更为理想的效果。Objective To explore the measures for diagnosis and treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods Fifty five patients with allergic rhinitis during the period of January 2008 to January 2009 were randomly divided into trial group（23 cases with microwave treatment） and control group（32 patients with conventional treatment）,and the outcomes of treatment in patients of these two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The difference in total effective rate between patients of these two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Clinical efficacy of allergic rhinitis by microwave therapy is more ideal.
