摘　　要：目的探讨颜面部皮肤囊肿的美容切除疗效。方法颜面部皮肤囊肿患者217例。顺颜面部皮肤Lan-ger's线、轮廊线、隐蔽线切开皮肤,锐性剥离,切除整个囊肿,伤口分层减张缝合,5-0美容缝线行真皮内缝合,伤口愈合后外用疤痕贴1～3个月。结果本组病例均Ⅰ期愈合,随访6～12个月,1例皮样囊肿术后复发,其余无复法,颜面部无明显切口瘢痕。结论颜面部皮肤囊肿均可采用美容切口进行切除,术后外形美观,效果良好。Objective To explore the efficacy of aesthetic incision of facial dermal cyst.Methods The facial skin was sliced along Langer’s line,contour line and hidden line,the cyst was sharply dissected and totally removed,then the wound surface was sutured by layer with 5-0 thread through dermis and using scar paster for 1 ～ 3 months after the healing of wound in order to prevent the formation of scar.Results After follow-up for 6 to 12 months,all patients in this group were healed with phase I,and dermal cyst was not reappeared except one recurred after operation.The scar of wound is not obvious,and all these patients were satisfactory for their beautiful shape.Conclusion The technique of cosmetic surgery has been much improved,and the quality of treatment for facial dermal cyst is good with beautiful shape after operation. 更多
