摘 要:劳资利益关系不仅是马克思时代"全部社会体系赖以旋转的轴心",也是我国现时期的社会基本利益关系。我国的劳资利益关系是指劳动者与资本所有者(私有者或公有者)之间的经济关系,而影响劳资利益关系的主要因素有产权要素、工会要素和政府要素。现时期协调我国公有制企业、私营企业、股份制企业的劳资利益关系是构建和谐社会的核心内容,这其中,要充分发挥政府"看得见的手"的协调作用,市场"看不见的手"的调节作用,"媒体之手"的监督约束作用。The interest between labor and capital not only is the core of the operation of all social systems in Marx's time, but also becomes the basic social interest in modern Chi na. It refers to the economic relationship between labor and capital (private or public own ers) in China, and its determinants include property, labor unions and governments. At present, the core of constructing a harmonious society is to adjust the interest among stateowned enterprises, private enterprises and stock companies. And China should make full use of the coordination function of the government as a visible hand, the adjustment function of the market as an invisible hand and the supervision function of the media.
