摘　　要：探讨了以2-(1,3-二烷硫基)亚甲基-3-羰基丁酰胺为代硫醇试剂,苯甲氯为催化剂,乙醇为溶剂的缩硫醛化反应。结果表明,该代硫醇试剂能快速与芳香醛以较高产率生成缩硫醛类化合物,研究其合成方法,对各化合物进行了结构表征,对其反应机理进行了初步探讨。Thioacetalization reaction of 2-（1,3-dialkylthio）-2-ylidene-3-oxo-butanamide 1 as substitution reagent of ethylthiol、ethanedithiol and benzylthiol catalyzed by benzoyl chloride and using ethanol as solvent was carried out successfully.The results showed that 2-（1,3-dialkylthio）-2-ylidene-3-oxo-butanamide could be used as thiol equivalent in the conversion of aromatic aldehydes into the corresponding dithioacetals with high yields.The structures of various product compounds were characterized and the reaction mechanism of thioacetalization was proposed.
