摘　　要：基于我国北方某沿海城市地铁盾构始发井深基坑在开挖过程中的监测数据,对各项变形规律进行了分析与总结,并综合考虑施工中各方面的信息,对周边环境造成的影响进行了评估,以确保周边建筑物的安全。Based on the supervision data in the excavation process of the deep foundation pit of the launching shaft of the subway shields of some coastal city in north of China, the paper undertakes the analyzes and summery of the change laws, and evaluates its influence on surrounding environment by considering the information of the construction, so as to ensure the safety of the surrounding buildings.
