包兰线粉质粘土路基填筑试验分析

摘  要:液塑限含水率高、塑性指数大是粉质粘土所具有的特点。当粉质粘土用于北方地区铁路路基时,其压实质量对将来防止冻胀病害的发生以及路基的不均匀沉降起着至关重要的作用。针对包兰线的粉质粘土用于铁路路基时进行的填筑工艺试验,对碾压机械、填料的含水率、虚铺厚度、碾压工艺等参数进行了试验分析。结果表明,现场施工时的最佳含水率要求接近填料的最优含水率,当超过最优含水率较多时难以压实;合理的虚铺厚度为30~35 cm;26T压路机吨位过大,不宜用于粉质粘土路基的填筑碾压,对于20 T压路机,合理的碾压工艺为1静+1弱+4~5强+1静;当填土的碾压质量较差时,K30值的应力—沉降量曲线形状呈"S"形。Sihy clay is characterized by high liquid-plastic-limit moisture content and big plasticity index. The compaction of silty clay plays an important role in preventing the occurrence of frost heaving and differential settlement of subgrade when it is used in Northern Region. Filling technology experiments were carried on to silty clay embankment for the railway of Baotou-Lanzhou line;what's more, the parameters of compacting machineries,the moisture content of filler,filling thickness, and rolling technique were analyzed and tested. The results show that the best moisture content is required close to the best moisture content of filler on the construction site. It is ditficult to compact when the former exceeds the later. A reasonable filling thickness should be within 30 - 35 cm. The tonnage of 26 T road roller is too large to be used to fill and roll silty clay subgrade. As for 20 T road rollers, the reasonable rolling technology should be 1 stillness + lweakness +4 -5 forte + lstillness. The curve shape of the stress-settlement of K30is shaped as "S" when rolling quality of rilled earth is worse.
