摘　　要：课题以高校新校区教学楼为研究对象,综合考虑了大学教学楼的各种影响因素,构建了一套后评价指标体系,利用层次分析方法,建立了大学教学楼使用后评价模型,计算出了各指标因素的权重,根据分析的结果,对今后大学教学楼的建设提出了相关建议,为高等院校开展大学教学楼使用后评估提供了可参考的模型和方法。This article focused on university teaching building and constructed a hierarchical index system of post evaluation by considering all influence elements comprehensively. The model for post-occupancy evaluation was set up by introducing analytical hierarchy process （AHP） and calculated the weight of every index accounted for,which provided a reference model and method for university teaching building evaluation. Recommendations were suggested according to the results, which would benefit to similar projects in future.
