护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎患者焦虑心理的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎患者焦虑心理的影响。方法:选择本院2008年6月～2009年5月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者50例,随机分为观察组26例和对照组24例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强对焦虑心理的护理干预。比较两组的治疗效果及焦虑评分。结果:观察组的总有效率为92.3%,略高于对照组的87.5%,但组间比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后观察组患者的焦虑评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:护理干预可以改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的焦虑心理,应得到临床关注。Objective： To evaluate the influence of nurse intervention on anxiety of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods： Fifty patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into the observation group （26 patients） and the control group （24 patients）, the control group was received routine care, the observation group was given nursing intervention of anxiety except routine care. Results： The total effective rate in observation group was 92.3%, and the control group was 87.5%, there was no significant difference between the two groups, the anxiety score in patients of observation group was significantly lower than control group, the difference had statistics significance. Conclusion： Nursing interventions can alleviate anxiety of patients with ulcerative colitis.
