摘 要:为解决厦门至深圳客运专线榕江特大桥主跨高空悬臂拼装架设过程中局部杆件承载力不足且需要加强杆件较分散地分布于全桥的问题,根据钢桁梁桥的连接特点,采用一种新型的临时加强措施。通过建立全桥各施工阶段有限元模型,计算各杆件受力情况及结构整体稳定性,根据杆件受力情况决定对受力不利杆件采用以下加强措施:对薄弱斜腹杆附加一T形截面杆件,对较薄弱的下弦杆附加一H形截面杆件,加强杆件和被加强杆件共用螺栓连接副。该加强措施具有可由工厂统一加工、易安装且方便拆除,加强杆件与主桁结构协同工作性能较好等优点。To cope with the problem that the bearing capacity of local members of the main span of Rongjiang River Bridge on Xiamen-Shenzhen Passenger Dedicated Railway was not sufficient in the process of the cantilever assembling and erection high above ground and the members that needed to be stiffened were widely scattered on the whole bridge,a new type of temporary stiffening measures was put forward and employed in the light of the connection characteristics of steel truss girder bridge.By establishing the finite element models for various construction stages of the whole bridge,the force conditions of all members and the global structural stability were calculated and according to the calculation,it was determined that the members that would sustain the unfavorable forces should be stiffened by the following measures: for a weak inclined web member,the T-section member was added and for a weak lower chord,the H-section member was added.The members to be stiffened and the stiffening members were connected by bolt sets.The stiffening members can be fabricated is shop,are easy to be installed and removed and have good joint action with the main truss structure.
