摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理模式对颅脑损伤患者康复期生活质量的影响。方法:回顾性分析本科2010年1月～2011年6月收治的100例颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受舒适护理模式进行护理,并采用简明健康调查表对患者的生活质量进行评定。结果:接受舒适护理模式后,患者的简明健康调查表8个维度的分数均较舒适护理模式前有明显提高,差异有统计学意义。结论:舒适护理模式使患者在生理、心理、社会上达到最愉快的状态,最大程度地减轻了患者的身心痛苦,提高了生活质量。Objective： To explore the effect of comfortable care mode on quality of life during rehabilitation in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods： The clinical data of 100 patients with traumatic brain injury from January 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. All patients received nursing of comfortable care mode. Concise Health Questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life of patients before and after receiving comfortable care mode. Results： The scores post-receiving comfortable care mode in 8 dimensions of Concise Health Questionnaire were higher than that of pre-receiving comfortable care mode, difference have statistical significance. Conclusion： The patient receiving comfortable care mode can reach a more pleasant state in physiology, mentality and society. Comfortable care mode may obviously alleviate patient＇s suffering and improve patient＇s quality of life.
