医院信息化与医院档案管理现代化现状分析

摘　　要：随着医药卫生体制改革的不断推进和深入,医院信息化得到了前所未有的重视,医院信息化建设在医院改革与发展中的作用越来越突出。在医院信息化不断得以提高的同时,医院档案管理工作的标准化、电子化、现代化水平也不断得到提高,医院信息化正在不断促进医院档案管理的现代化。文章介绍了当前医院信息化发展的现状;分析了医院信息化给医院档案管理工作带来了深刻影响;并对医院档案管理工作如何适应医院信息化要求提出了建议。With the development of the reform of medical care system, hospital informatization received unprecedented attention, the role of hospital informatization construction in hospital reform and development being more and more outstanding. As the hospital informatization continuously improved, hospital records management standardization, electronic and level of modernization is also enhanced. Hospital informatization is constantly promoting hospital records management modernization. This paper introduced present situation of the development of hospital informatization, analyze hospital informatization’s influence to hospital records management, and hospital records management how to adapt to hospital informatization is also been proposed.
