摘  要:采用气相色谱电子轰击离子源质谱(GC-EI-MS)技术同时分析油脂性食品及油脂性添加剂中16种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)环境激素的迁移量。以GC-EI-MS选择离子检测模式(SIM)进行定性和定量分析,优化出了油脂性基质的系统前处理方法。当样品的加标浓度水平分别为0.25和0.50 mg/kg时,加标回收率为58.9%~111.1%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~4.6%。16种PAEs在0.1~2.0 mg/L浓度范围内16种PAEs都呈现良好的线性关系,r为0.9960~0.9995,检测限(LOD)均为0.07~0.70μg/kg。方法已用于8批油脂性的食品和7批油脂性食品添加剂中16种痕量PAEs迁移物的分析。Determination of sixteen kinds of phthalates(PAEs) migrants in oleaginous foods and food additives was established simultaneously by gas chromatography mass spectrometry with EI power source.The qualitative and quantitative analysis were used with SIM mode.Pre-treatment methods of oleaginous matrixes were optimized systematically.The average recoveries rate were in the range of 58.9%~111.1% at the spiked levels of 0.25 and 0.5 mg/kg;and the RSDs of precision were 1.0%~4.6%.The detection limits of method were 0.07~0.70 μg/kg.The linear range were 0.1~2.0 mg/L,with correlation coefficients in the range of 0.9960~0.9995.The methods in this paper was used for quantitative analysis of phthalates(PAEs) in eight batches of oleaginous foods and seven batches of oleaginous additives.
