摘  要:研究了从某低品位石煤钒矿中浸出钒,主要考察了硫酸直接浸出、氧化焙烧—酸浸、氧化焙烧—碱浸和钙化焙烧—碳酸钠浸出等工艺对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明:造球氧化焙烧—酸浸流程工艺指标较好;在焙烧温度850℃、焙烧时间2h、酸用量为矿石质量60%条件下浸出6h,五氧化二钒浸出率达62.5%。The processes for leaching of vanadium from low-grade coal vanadium ore were investigated.Vitriol leaching process,oxidation roasting—sulphuric acid leaching process,oxidation roasting—alkali leaching process and calcified roasting—sodium carbonate leaching process were examined.The results showed that by the oxidation roasting—vitriol leaching process,preferable leaching index can be acquired.At the conditions of roasting temperature of 850 ℃,roasting time of 2 h,the quantity of sulphuric acid was 60% to ore mass,leaching time of 6 h,the leaching rate of vanadium pentoxide was of 62.5%.
