摘 要:电解法制备高锰酸钾一般采用间歇式和敞开式工艺。通过试验,考察试验装置和各非平衡态非线性耦合因素(离子浓度、阳极电流密度、电解温度、电解时间等)对制备高锰酸钾的影响。结果表明,在电解温度65.0~70.0℃、电流密度65.0~75.0A/m2、电解时间12h条件下,电流效率仍能维持在40.0%以上,而传统的间歇式电流效率最高仅35%。在封闭式反应装置中连续电解可达到清洁生产、节能减排的目地。Electrolysis preparation of potassium permanganate was test researched by the way of intermittent or open-type process.By experiments,the effects of electrolysis system and non-equilibrium non-linear coupling factors,including the changes of ion concentration,anode current density,electrolysis temperature and electrolysis time on the electrolytic process of potassium permanganate were examined.At the optimizing conditions of temperature of 65.0-70.0 ℃,current density of 65.0-75.0 A/m2and electrolysis time of 12 h,current efficiency can maintainat about 40.0%,while the top current efficiency was only about 35% by intermittent process.The continuous electrolysis should be carried out in sealed reactor,the target of clean production can be achieved.
