摘 要:针对传统的应急电源(EPS)系统应急供电时间短、切换时间长和不间断电源(UPS)不供电时网电对UPS须连续供电的问题,设计开发了基于DSP全数字控制的燃料电池应急电源系统。在设计中采用燃料电池作为主备用电源并结合蓄电池作为辅助电源的优势互补,延长了应急电源的供电时间。采用硬件直接实现网电掉电后自动切换的方法,切换时间能控制在10 ms之内,有效解决了传统应急电源切换时间长的问题。试验结果表明,方案所设计的应急电源具有安全可靠、应急时间长、切换时间短等一系列优点和较强的实用价值。To overcome the drawbacks of traditional emergency power supply(EPS),such as short feeding duration,long switching time and requirement of uninterrupted power supply from utility grad when UPS is off,an innovative fuel cell emergency power supply was developed,based on digital signal possessor(DSP).The core design strategy was that a fuel cell(FC) was applied as main power source while a battery as an auxiliary power source.Thus,the EPS power-on time was prolonged as needed.In addition,the hardware could automatically switch when the utility grid power shut down with a switching time less than 10 ms.It provided an effective solution to solve the problem of long switching time.Finally,the developed FC EPS system was tested.And the result shows its long power-on time,short switching time,fantastic operating reliability and good application potential.
