摘 要:四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)是铅酸蓄电池活性物质的前驱体之一,当采用以4BS为主物相的生极板时,其化成后能获得具有良好骨架结构的活性物质,电池充放电循环寿命较长,能有效克服早期容量损失(PCL)现象。从铅膏制备和固化干燥等工艺过程总结了近年来为改善铅酸蓄电池性能所研究和开发的四碱式硫酸铅的主要制备技术,并对不同制备工艺下获得的4BS在结构差异及其对电池性能的影响等方面进行了阐述,对4BS在高性能铅酸蓄电池上的应用前景进行了展望。Tetrabasic lead sulfate(4BS) is one of the precursors of the electrode active material in lead acid batteries.An excellent active material structure can be obtained after formation when the cured plates contain a high amount 4BS.The cycling life of the batteries is longer and the premature capacity loss(PCL) can be avoided effectively.The primary production methods of 4BS pastes during recent years were presented mainly from the paste mixing process and curing process,the structure of 4BS obtained by different production methods and its impact on battery's performance were discussed.The application of 4BS for high-performance lead acid batteries was also prospected.
