Millikan网塞应用于腹股沟疝修补术48例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Millikan网塞疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用效果。方法回顾分析2005年1月至2010年2月我院应用Millikan网塞疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝48例患者临床资料。结果手术时间25～60min,平均40min,45例(93.8%)于术后3d恢复正常活动,3例(6.2%)在7d内恢复正常活动。尿潴留1例(2.1%),术后疼痛、异物感6例(12.5%)。随访7～24个月,平均15个月,无复发。结论 Millikan网塞疝修补术是一种安全、可靠、创伤小的手术方式。Objective To investigate clinical effects of Millikan modified Mesh＆plug tension-free hernioplasty. Methods The data from 48 cases with inguinal hernia who underwent Millikan modified Mesh＆plug tension-free hernioplasty were analyzed retrospectively. Results The mean operation time was 40 minutes （ range from 25 to 60 minutes）. 45 cases（93.8% ） recovered to normal activity in 3 days after operation, 3 cases （6.2%） recovered to normal activity in 7 days and the complications were observed in 6 cases （12.5%）. No recurrence was found in the patients after 7 to 24 months of follow-ups. Conclusions Millikan modified Mesh＆plug tension-free hernioplasty is a safe,minimally invasive procedure.
