聚合物B位前驱体法制备锆钛酸铅纳米复相陶瓷微观结构

摘  要:采用前驱体法合成了钙钛矿型B位离子氧化物固溶体,以此作为B位先驱体与碳酸铅通过固相反应在740℃合成A位缺铅的亚稳态钙钛矿型锆钛酸铅(PZT)固溶体.烧结过程中纳米级四方和单斜ZrO2纳米粒子从固溶体中析出.借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和透射电镜对物相、组成和微观结构进行了分析.随ZrO2的加入量增加,断口从沿晶穿晶混合断裂变为穿晶断裂.研究表明,采用聚合物B位前驱体法成功制备出内晶型锆钛酸铅纳米复相陶瓷.A perovskite B-site ion oxide solid solution was synthesized by the citrate precursor route.The synthesized precursor was calcined with PbCO3 at 740 ℃ to prepare lead zirconate titanate(PZT) powders which are a pure metastable perovskite phase lacking of Pb in A-site.During sintering,both monoclinic and tetragonal phase ZrO2 nanoparticles were precipitated from the solid solution.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to analyze the phase,composition and microstructure.When the amount of ZrO2 addition increased,the fracture mode changed from the coexistence of intergranular and intragranular fracture to intragranular fracture only.It is concluded that the intragranular type nanocomposite piezoelectric ceramics are successfully formed by the B-site citrate precursor route.
