摘　　要：介绍了延安炼油厂60t/h污水汽提装置扩能改造情况。改造内容包括:采用新型高效CTST塔板改造汽提塔塔盘、罐中罐专利技术改造等等,改造后装置工艺工况更加合理,处理能力由55t/h提高到120t/h,并可在45～150 t/h范围内正常操作;出水水质合格率由改造前的76.19%提高到99.59%。而且彻底解决了汽提塔塔盘垢物堵塞问题,达到了改造预期效果。Introduced the revamping for capacity expansion of Yanan Refinery 60t/h sour water stripper. By applying new type CTST tray and the patented technology of ＂ tank within tank＂ , the technics was more reasonable,the treatment capacity had been increased from 55t/h to 120t/h and could be controlled in the rang of 45 - 150t/h ; the qualified rate of the effluent water had raised from 76.19% to 99.59%. In addition, the problem that the tray was blocked had been solved completely and the revamping of the sour water stripper had arrived prospective effect.
